From your first telephone call to the day itself, every step is attended to.

If the death was expected, telephone us first. If it was sudden, dial 999, then us. We attend to everything thereafter.
2. Your loved one comes into our care
We attend personally, by day or night, from home, hospital or hospice, and care for them at Bank House.
3. The arrangement, made together
At our arrangement room or in your own home, with every choice explained and every cost set out in writing.
